إعداد لوحة المفاتيح
- أضف زخرفة الحروفافتح الإعدادات ← عام ← لوحة المفاتيح ← لوحات المفاتيح ← إضافة لوحة مفاتيح جديدة واختر زخرفة الحروف.
- فعّل الوصول الكامل (مُستحسن)اضغط على زخرفة الحروف في القائمة نفسها وفعّل السماح بالوصول الكامل لتعمل الثيمات والأصوات والاهتزاز ونصوصك السريعة.
- انتقل إلى زخرفة الحروف أثناء الكتابةفي أي تطبيق، اضغط مطوّلاً على زر الكرة الأرضية 🌐 أسفل لوحة المفاتيح واختر زخرفة الحروف.

لوحة المفاتيح
لا أجد زخرفة الحروف عند الكتابة
تأكد من إضافتها في الإعدادات ← عام ← لوحة المفاتيح ← لوحات المفاتيح، ثم اضغط مطوّلاً على زر 🌐 واخترها. إن لم تظهر، احذفها من القائمة وأضفها من جديد.
لماذا تظهر لوحة مفاتيح Apple في بعض الحقول؟
هذا سلوك من iOS وليس عطلاً: في حقول كلمات المرور والأرقام السرية يعرض iOS لوحة مفاتيحه دائماً حفاظاً على أمانك. وبعض التطبيقات تمنع لوحات المفاتيح الخارجية بالكامل.
الثيمات أو الأصوات أو الاهتزاز لا تعمل
- تأكد من تفعيل السماح بالوصول الكامل لـ «زخرفة الحروف».
- للأصوات: تأكد أن الجهاز ليس على الوضع الصامت، وأن أصوات المفاتيح مفعّلة داخل تطبيق زخرفة الحروف.
- للاهتزاز: تأكد من تفعيل الإعدادات ← الأصوات والحس اللمسي ← ارتداد لوحة المفاتيح.
- بعد تغيير الثيم، أغلق لوحة المفاتيح وافتحها مرة أخرى.
هل زخرفة الحروف آمنة؟ هل تقرأ ما أكتبه؟
لا. لوحة المفاتيح لا تحتوي على أي كود للاتصال بالإنترنت، ولا تجمع ما تكتبه ولا ترسله. الإعلانات موجودة داخل التطبيق الرئيسي فقط، وليست في لوحة المفاتيح. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.
النصوص السريعة والزخرفة
كيف أستخدم النصوص السريعة؟
أنشئ نصوصك من التطبيق: النصوص السريعة ← نص جديد. ثم في أي تطبيق اضغط زر النصوص في شريط أدوات لوحة المفاتيح واختر النص لإدراجه.
- العناصر مثل
{date}و{time}و{day}تُستبدل تلقائياً بالتاريخ والوقت واليوم عند الإدراج. - اضغط مطوّلاً على أي نص في لوحة المفاتيح لمعاينته كاملاً قبل إدراجه.
- يمكنك تثبيت النصوص المهمة لتظهر أولاً، وترتيبها كما تريد.
لا تظهر النصوص التي حفظتها في لوحة المفاتيح
تحتاج لوحة المفاتيح إلى السماح بالوصول الكامل لقراءة النصوص المحفوظة في التطبيق. بدونه تظهر النصوص المدمجة فقط.
الزخرفة تظهر مربعات أو رموز غريبة
بعض التطبيقات والمواقع لا تدعم كل أنماط الحروف المزخرفة، فتعرض مربعات بدلها. جرّب نمطاً آخر، أو حدّث التطبيق الذي تكتب فيه.
المشتريات والإعلانات
كيف أستعيد مشترياتي؟
افتح شاشة الشراء في التطبيق واضغط استعادة المشتريات، مع تسجيل الدخول بنفس Apple ID الذي اشتريت به. تعمل الاستعادة على أي جهاز وبعد إعادة التثبيت.
هل "فتح الكل" اشتراك؟
لا. هو شراء لمرة واحدة يُدفع عبر Apple، بلا اشتراك ولا تجديد تلقائي. يزيل الإعلانات ويفتح كل الثيمات والميزات المدفوعة.
أريد استرداد مبلغ
تتم المدفوعات واسترداد المبالغ عبر Apple مباشرة. اطلب الاسترداد من reportaproblem.apple.com.
كيف أوقف الإعلانات المخصصة؟
اختر "عدم السماح" في نافذة التتبع، أو غيّر قرارك لاحقاً من الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والأمان ← التتبع. رفض التتبع لا يقفل أي ميزة.

Set up the keyboard
- Add ZakeyOpen Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard and choose Zakey.

Frequently asked questions
Keyboard
I can't find Zakey when typing
Make sure it's added in Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards, then touch and hold 🌐 and choose it. If it still doesn't appear, remove it from the list and add it again.
Why does Apple's keyboard appear in some fields?
That's iOS, not a bug: in password and passcode fields iOS always shows its own keyboard for your security. Some apps also block third-party keyboards entirely.
Themes, sounds or haptics don't work
- Make sure Allow Full Access is on for Zakey.
- For sounds: check that the device isn't in Silent mode and key sounds are turned on in the Zakey app.
- For haptics: turn on Settings → Sounds & Haptics → Keyboard Feedback.
- After changing a theme, close the keyboard and open it again.
Is Zakey safe? Does it read what I type?
No. The keyboard contains no network code and never collects or sends what you type. Ads appear only inside the main app, never in the keyboard. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Quick snippets & text styles
How do I use quick snippets?
Create snippets in the app under Quick Snippets → New Snippet. Then, in any app, tap the snippets button in the keyboard toolbar and pick one to insert it.
- Placeholders like
{date},{time}and{day}are filled in automatically when you insert. - Touch and hold a snippet in the keyboard to preview it in full before inserting.
- Pin important snippets so they appear first, and reorder them however you like.
My saved snippets don't show in the keyboard
The keyboard needs Allow Full Access to read the snippets saved in the app. Without it, only the built-in snippets appear.
Styled text shows boxes or odd symbols
Some apps and websites don't support every decorative character style and show boxes instead. Try another style, or update the app you're typing in.
Purchases & ads
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the purchase screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with. Restoring works on any device and after reinstalling.
Is "Unlock All" a subscription?
No. It's a one-time purchase through Apple, with no subscription and no renewals. It removes ads and unlocks all premium themes and features.
I'd like a refund
Payments and refunds are handled by Apple directly. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I stop personalized ads?
Choose "Ask App Not to Track" in the tracking prompt, or change your choice later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Declining never locks a feature.
Data
How do I delete my data?
We hold no accounts or data about you on our servers. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device, including quick snippets and custom themes.
